For the past 13 years, Darren has successfully developed personal workout plans for up and coming High school, college, and NFL football players to maximize there athletic potential.  As a former football player, he knows what it takes to become a successful student, athlete and coach.

With a degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University, Darren understands the importance of being an outstanding student-athlete.

Here are some of Darren's accomplishments:

As a player:

    *1982 CIF football champions Santa Monica high school 

    *1986 Pac Ten Champions

    *1987 Rose Bowl Champions

    *1991 Arena Bowl Champions

 

As a coach:

    *Santa Monica High school 2001 CIF champions 

    *XFL champions with The Los Angeles Extreme
